Macadamia Nut Fudge
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 11.5 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 4 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- Line an 8-inch square pan with foil.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, salt, evaporated milk and butter, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a firm rolling boil. Boil 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in chips, unsweetened chocolate, marshmallows and vanilla.
- Blend until smooth.
- Stir in nuts.
- Pour into pan.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Remove from pan and peel off foil.
- Makes 2 pounds, 10 1/2 ounces candy.
