Macadamia Nut Fudge

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, salt, evaporated milk and butter, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a firm rolling boil. Boil 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in chips, unsweetened chocolate, marshmallows and vanilla.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Stir in nuts.
  7. Pour into pan.
  8. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  9. Remove from pan and peel off foil.
  10. Makes 2 pounds, 10 1/2 ounces candy.
