Cheeseburger Pie

  1. Pie crust is 9 inch.
  2. Also mustard and ketchup is required.
  3. Preheat oven to 425u0b0F.
  4. Cook beef and garlic powder in large skillet, stirring frequently, until beef is no longer pink.
  5. Sprinkle with flour; stir.
  6. Stir in pickles, pickle juice, evaporated milk and half of cheese.
  7. Spoon into pie shell.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Top with remaining cheese.
  10. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  11. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
  12. Serve with mustard and ketchup, if desired.
