Easy Hash Brown Quiche

  1. Form the potatoes into a shell in a quiche pan or pie plate.
  2. Drizzle with the butter.
  3. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven. Decrease the oven temperature to 350 degrees.
  5. Mix the ham, cheese, green pepper, and green onions in a bowl.
  6. Spread over the potatoes.
  7. Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  8. Pour over the ham mixture.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  10. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
