Honey Beef

  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sliced beef, red pepper, spinach, green onions and parsnip in 2 teaspoons hot oil, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes until meat is brown.
  2. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  3. In same skillet in remaining, 1 teaspoon oil, cook garlic and ginger 1 minute.
  4. In small bowl, stir well soy sauce, honey, cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water.
  5. Return meat and vegetable mixture to skillet.
  6. Add soy sauce mixture. Cook 1 to 2 minutes until heated through and thickened.
