Chicken Mole

  1. Cook the chickens in just enough water to cover them.
  2. Saute the sesame seed in a little oil, with tortilla.
  3. Boil some water; turn heat off and soak red peppers for 15 minutes.
  4. When peppers are soft, drain them.
  5. In a blender, put the peppers, the pumpkin and sesame seed, black pepper, garlic cloves and the toasted tortilla.
  6. Heat 1 tablespoon corn oil in a pot and transfer the mixture from the blender.
  7. Add chicken to the sauce mixture (optional).
  8. Add 1 cup of the chicken liquid.
  9. Cover and simmer until chicken is tender.
