Chicken-Cheese Chimichangas

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Saute onion and garlic powder in oil in skillet until tender.
  3. Add chicken. Cook over low heat until heated through.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in 1 cup cheese. Separate roll dough into rectangles; press perforations to seal. Spread 1/2 cup salsa to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  6. Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture onto half of each rectangle.
  7. Roll up and pinch sides.
  8. Bake 16 to 21 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on top. Melt it.
  10. Serve with remaining items.
