Chicken Divan
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/2 c. and 3 Tbsp. white cooking wine
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Flour chicken and saute until brown.
- Cook broccoli until unfrozen and separable.
- Drain and set aside.
- Melt margarine; add flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
- Add broth and cook until thick.
- Stir in cream and wine.
- Place broccoli in shallow baking dish.
- Pour half of sauce over this.
- Next, put chicken in. To remaining sauce, add Parmesan cheese.
- Pour remaining sauce over chicken and sprinkle with more cheese.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
