Mexican Casserole
- 2 lbs hamburger meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 large can of milk (condensed)
- salt and pepper
- 1 pkg grated cheese (med. size)
- 1 large bag of Doritos
- Brown meat and drain.
- Add salt and pepper.
- In separate pan, combine the mushroom soup, chicken soup, enchilada sauce, chilies and condensed milk. Cook until hot, stirring often to keep from scorching.
- Add meat to mixture.
- Crush doritos and line the botton of a casserole dish.
- Pour meat and soup mixture over doritos, sprinkle with cheese.
- Add another layer of doritos, meat/soup mixture and cheese on top.
- Place in hot oven until cheese is melted.
