Italian Loaf
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 chopped yellow onion
- 1 small jar mushrooms
- Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 c. water
- 8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
- 1 loaf French bread
- Brown ground beef, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and salt, pepper and Italian seasonings.
- Drain fat and add 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, Philadelphia cream cheese and 1/2 cup water.
- Heat until melted and creamy.
- Place bread onto aluminum foil.
- Slice off top of French bread, hollow the middle of the bread.
- Layer 2 Mozzarella cheese slices into bottom of bread.
- Pour mixture into bread, place 2 slices of Mozzarella cheese slices over mixture and place bread top back on top.
- Wrap in foil.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for 15 minutes.
- Slice and serve with salad.
