Spicy Sticky Sweet Asian Meetballs

  1. Whisk together sauce ingredients in a small saucepan to boil or medium high. Simmer on low and simmer until reduced and thickened.
  2. Combine the meatball ingredients. Shape into 1 - 2" meatballs.
  3. In a large skillet over medium high heat, add oil and meatballs. Cook about 6 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and pour sauce over meatballs.
  5. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes more or until a meatball cut in half is fully cooked and the sauce coats the meatballs.
