Cauliflower And Peas With Curried Almonds

  1. Cook cauliflower 10 minutes.
  2. Cook peas according to package directions.
  3. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth.
  4. Cook 1 minute.
  5. Add sour cream; cook until well heated.
  6. Combine vegetables, sour cream mixture and add onion salt.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  9. Melt rest of butter in saucepan; stir in curry powder and almonds.
  10. Cook over medium heat, stirring until almonds are golden.
  11. Spoon over cauliflower.
  12. Bake at 325u0b0 for 25 minutes.
