Turkey Creole(Low-Fat)

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients.
  2. Shape into patties.
  3. Place in Teflon skillet.
  4. Cover; cook on low heat until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
  5. Add juice, Worcestershire, 1/2 cup water and sugar.
  6. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
  7. Combine cornstarch and water.
  8. Add to sauce, while stirring, until thick and bubbly. Serve with cooked rice.
  9. Serves 4.
