Fiesta Pork Bake

  1. Coat a shallow 2-quart casserole with melted margarine. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper; arrange in casserole.
  2. Top with soup mix, green pepper and rice.
  3. Combine catsup and Worcestershire sauce; spread over rice.
  4. Gently pour in boiling water.
  5. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 55 or 60 minutes, until done. (Additional 1/2 cup of water may be added if casserole becomes too dry.)
  6. Remove from oven; top with cheese.
  7. Cover and allow to stand 10 minutes.
  8. Serves 6.
