Turkey Chili(Heart Healthy Cooking)

  1. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in margarine in Dutch oven.
  2. Add turkey and cook until it loses pink color.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients, except beans. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer one hour.
  4. Stir in beans, cover and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
