Berry-Melon Salad

  1. Combine juices, cornstarch, vegetable oil and honey in a saucepan, stirring well.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
  3. Stir in poppy seed.
  4. Cover and chill thoroughly.
  5. Peel cantaloupes and cut each melon into four 3/4-inch slices.
  6. Place slices on individual salad plates. Combine strawberries and honeydew melon balls.
  7. Spoon 1/2 cup strawberry mixture over each cantaloupe slice.
  8. Spoon poppy seed mixture evenly over fruit.
