Savoury Flan

  1. Line quiche dish or pie plate with pastry.
  2. Beat the eggs together with the milk and seasonings.
  3. Fry onions and bacon in the oil until onions are soft and translucent.
  4. When cooled, spread the bacon/onion mixture onto the pastry.
  5. Spread the grated cheese evenly over the bacon/onion mixture, followed by the liquid ingredients.
  6. Add sliced tomato and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0F or 180u0b0C for 35 - 40 minutes.
