Bow Tie Lemon Chicken

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with lemon pepper.
  3. In a large non-stick skillet, stir fry chicken with garlic in oil until chicken juices run clear.
  4. Remove and keep warm.
  5. Add broth, peas, carrots, cream cheese and lemon juice to the skillet. Cook and stir until cheese melts.
  6. Drain pasta.
  7. Add pasta, chicken, salt to vegetable mixture. Heat through.
