Porcupines En Casserole
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. each: chopped onion, celery, green pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tsp. salt or less
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. tomato catsup
- 1/3 c. grated cheese
- Combine first 8 ingredients, plus 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and garlic powder.
- Form into balls and place in greased casserole.
- Combine soup, water, catsup, remaining salt and pepper.
- Bring to boil; pour over meat.
- Cover.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and stir in cheese.
