Breakfast Bread(Servings: 10)
- 3 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. pork pan sausage
- 1 c. onion, diced
- 1 c. yellow squash, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 c. zucchini, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- Mix Bisquick, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper together in large bowl.
- Brown sausage; drain.
- Add to mixture.
- Saute onion, yellow squash, zucchini and green pepper in butter, covered.
- When vegetables are clear, add to mixture and stir until completely mixed.
- Spread evenly into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 325u0b0.
