Saucy Pork Bites

  1. Combine flour, garlic salt and pepper on a plate. Toss pork cubes in flour mixture until coated.
  2. In a large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium-high heat. Brown pork cubes, turning several times, until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve over mashed potatoes and garnish with a little chopped parsley, if desired.
