Chocolate Chunk-Mocha Cookies

  1. In a bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients together; set aside.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and next 3 ingredients together until creamy.
  3. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended after each addition.
  4. Gradually add in flour mixture, beating on low speed until blended.
  5. Fold in chocolate chunks.
  6. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper-lined cookie sheets.
  7. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 10-12 minutes or until puffy.
  8. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes; remove to wire racks, and let cool 30 minutes or until completely cool.
  9. Make frosting: stir together the first 4 frosting ingredients until smooth.
  10. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until creamy.
  11. Spread cookies with Mocha Frosting.
  12. Dust evenly with powdered sugar, if desired.
