Sante Fe Style Chicken Breasts

  1. Cut avocado into large dice.
  2. Combine with tomatoes, onion and cilantro.
  3. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons lime juice.
  4. Add salt and pepper if desired.
  5. Toss gently.
  6. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
  7. Melt butter in a skillet and saute the garlic.
  8. Lightly brown chicken on each side, then remove to a plate.
  9. To drippings in skillet, add marmalade, chili powder, salt, pepper and remaining lime juice.
  10. Return chicken to skillet and coat with glaze.
  11. Simmer until cooked through.
  12. Serve with guacamole.
