Gingerbread With Lemon Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease

  6. x 2-inch baking pan. In large
  7. bowl
  8. combine
  9. flour, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder,
  10. cloves and salt.
  11. Stir in Country Crock, water and molasses
  12. until well blended.
  13. Pour into pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes
  14. or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
  15. Cool slightly on wire rack.
  16. Serve warm with Lemon Sauce. Makes 9 to 12 servings.
