Spicy Baked Shrimp(Serves 6)

  1. Combine garlic, butter, salt, marjoram and Tabasco; cream together.
  2. Add bread crumbs and sherry and toss until well blended.
  3. Add shrimp and toss until shrimp are lightly coated with crumb mixture.
  4. Divide shrimp among separate baking dishes and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
  5. Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Lightly squeeze lemon wedges over shrimp, if desired, and serve with additional lemon wedges.
  7. Garnish with sprigs of fresh parsley.
  8. This recipe is also great using sea scallops instead of shrimp!
