Joy'S Appetizer Meatballs
- 2 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs Lightly Beaten
- 1 tsp. Dried Basil
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 c. Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 c. Onion (Chopped fine)
- 2 tsp. Worcestshire sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 Jar 12 oz. grape jelly
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp. Ketchup
- 1 Bottle 14 oz. Hot or Regular Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Jar 12 oz. apple jelly
- 1. In bowl combine the first twelve ingredients.
- Mix well. 2. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on rack in a shallow roasting pan. 3. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10-15 minutes. 4. Remove meatballs and drain rack. 5. Combine ketchup and cornstarch in roasting pan. 6. Stir in jellies and add meatballs and bake for 30-35 miutes at 300u0b0.
