- 2 lb. ground beef
- 4 medium onion, chopped fine
- small amount oil
- 1 whole stalk celery, chopped
- 1 pkg. large egg noodles
- 2 cans English peas
- 46 oz. can tomato juice (reserve 1 c. juice)
- 1 lb. cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- Cook beef
- and
- onion
- in
- small amount of oil; chop in celery.
- Cook
- noodles
- in
- big pan until tender;
- drain.
- Mix last 4
- ingredients into 1 cup of juice; mix well.
- Pour meat, celery and
- noodles, peas and all of juice together; mix well. Put in dish
- and
- cook
- 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Put cheese on top and cook 30 minutes more.
