Vi'S Fabulous Internationally Famous Salsa(Canada And England Count, Don'T They?!)

  1. In a large bowl, dice tomatoes and onion into chunky size pieces.
  2. Chop cilantro into fine pieces (you'll know you have chopped the cilantro fine enough when your fingers are going numb from chopping so much, and there is a shooting pain in your back from leaning over the chopping board!!).
  3. Add to bowl, along with can of tomato sauce.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Here comes the fun part...add the garlic until your spouse, who is sitting in the next room yells, "are we expecting vampires, or are you redecorating with strings of garlic?
  6. The words don't have to be exact, as long as the meaning is there.
  7. Generously sprinkle the Nile Spice.
  8. I sprinkle until my left arm is as tired from sprinkling, as my right arm is from chopping (if you're left handed, visa versa that statement!).
  9. Salt and pepper that puppy, easy on the salt now, the purpose of salsa is to blow the top off of the roof of your mouth, not elevate your blood pressure!
  10. Dump in hot sauce until your eyes are burning, perhaps a little less if you're not fond of hot things.
  11. Mix thoroughly again.
  12. Chill.
  13. This is most important!
