Brain Berry Muesli

  1. Advance preparation: combine all ingredients except apple, banana, fresh blueberries and almond milk. Soak overnight.
  2. Grate apple, slice banana, add to mixture.
  3. Place in serving bowls, sprinkle blueberries on top.
  4. Add milk or coconut milk yogurt and serve.
  5. Can try warming it gently if you like.
