Chicken And Sausage Jambalaya

  1. Saute onion, green pepper and celery in oil over low heat. Add garlic and parsley.
  2. Remove from pot.
  3. Brown chicken slowly in remaining oil.
  4. Add bouillon, vegetables, rice, salt, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire and water.
  5. Cook over low heat 1 hour.
  6. Add sausage.
  7. Add more water, if necessary, and correct salt.
