Chicken Stuffed Crescent
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 c. cut up, cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. pimento
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls, divided into 8 triangles
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Mix all ingredients (except rolls) together and then spoon into the 8 crescent triangles.
- Roll up and seal completely.
- (Optional: dip tops in melted butter, then dip in mixture of crushed bread stuffing and finely chopped nuts.) Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
- May serve with chicken gravy; packaged kind is fine.
