Hurry-Up Sausage And Bean Soup

  1. Place beans, onion and garlic in food processor bowl fitted with steel blade or blender container; process until smooth, scraping bowl as necessary.
  2. Add broth, sherry and cumin; process until blended.
  3. Pour into medium saucepan.
  4. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add sausage; cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in parsley.
  7. Garnish with lemon and sour cream.
  8. Makes 2 servings each with 496 calories, 23 g fat and 56 mg cholesterol.
