Orange Tarragon Glazed Chicken Breast

  1. Mix First 4 Ingredients and Let Marinate for 2 Hours.
  2. Saute Onions in Olive oil until transparent.
  3. Add Tarragon and Saute for about 30 seconds.
  4. Deglaze Pan with White Grape Juice.
  5. When Grape Juice is Reduced 50% Add Marmalade, Orange Juice and Salt.
  6. Cook Until Slightly Thick, removce from Heat.
  7. Remove Chicken From Marinate, Discard Marinate.
  8. Place Chicken and Lightly Greased Sheet Pan.
  9. Pour Glaze Evenly Over Chicken.
  10. Cook at 400 degrees for 30 Minutes.
  11. Garnish With Orange Slices.
