Pad Pak Priew Waan (Hot And Sour Vegetables)

  1. Heat wok; add oil.
  2. Stir-fry the ginger, garlic, and onion until soft.
  3. Add the carrots and green beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cabbage, zucchini, salt, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and cayenne.
  5. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until all the vegetables are tender crisp.
