Layered Ham And Potato Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  3. Coarsely chop onion.
  4. Cut ham into 1/2 inch cubes.
  5. In a food processor fitted with a slicing blade, cut potatoes into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  6. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onion, ham and flour.
  7. Toss to distribute ingredients evenly.
  8. Spread the mixture in prepared baking dish.
  9. In a small bowl, beat milk, mustard, salt and pepper together.
  10. Pour the milk mixture over vegetables and ham in the dish.
  11. Dot with butter.
  12. Cover dish with foil and bake 30 minutes.
  13. Uncover and bake for 45 minutes longer or until top is brown and potatoes are tender.
