Crescent Chicken Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Blend cream cheese and margarine.
  3. Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk, chives and pimento.
  4. Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles; seal perforations.
  5. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture onto center of each rectangle.
  6. Pull 4 corners of dough up to center of mixture and seal.
  7. Brush tops with melted margarine; dip in crushed croutons.
  8. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Refrigerate leftovers.
