Quick And Easy Lasagna
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 small onion
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 pkg. grated pizza cheese
- 1 pkg. (12 slices) American cheese
- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
- Brown meat.
- Add onion and cook until tender.
- Stir in tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer noodles, meat sauce and cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for about 20 minutes or until cheeses are completely melted.
