Peach-Cranberry Gelatin Salad

  1. Place peach gelatin in a bowl.
  2. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and pour over gelatin.
  3. Stir until dissolved.
  4. Add orange juice, mix well.
  5. Chill until partially set.
  6. Fold in peaches. Pour into 3 qt. serving bowl.
  7. Chill until firm.
  8. Place cranberry gelatin in another bowl, bring remaining water to a boil; pour over gelatin.
  9. Stir until dissolved.
  10. Add cranberry juice and mix well.
  11. In a blender combine combine oranges, cranberries and sugar, process until fruit is coarsely chopped.
  12. Add to cranberry gelatin.
  13. Carefully spoon over peach gelatin.
  14. Chill until set.
