Linguine With Spicy Peanut Shrimp Sauce

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and place over low heat.
  3. Cover and simmer until the sauce is smooth and the shrimp are cooked through, about 2 minutes.
  4. When pasta is done, drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
  5. Add sauce and toss gently until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Makes about 4 servings.
