Baked Mostaccioli With Sausage And Peppers

  1. In a large skillet, stirring frequently, brown sausage with peppers and onion over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes.
  2. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Spread 1 cup of sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  6. Top with half of the Mostaccioli, 2 cups Mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese.
  7. Spread 2 more cups sauce.
  8. Layer the remaining Mostaccioli cheese, sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes or until heated.
