Turkey Roll-Ups
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 3 c. soft bread cubes
- 1/4 c. chicken bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 8 (1/4-inch thick) turkey breast slices
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- paprika
- lemon and lime slices
- Saute onion and celery in 1/3 cup butter until tender; add bread cubes, bouillon, parsley and seasonings; stirring well. Spoon about 1/3 cup stuffing in center of each piece of turkey; roll up lengthwise, tucking edges inside.
- Secure each roll with a wooden pick.
- Dredge turkey in flour; dip in 1/4 cup butter.
- Place in a lightly greased 9-inch square baking dish; sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover and bake at 325u0b0 for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes or until done.
- Garnish with lemon and lime slices.
