Turkey Roll-Ups

  1. Saute onion and celery in 1/3 cup butter until tender; add bread cubes, bouillon, parsley and seasonings; stirring well. Spoon about 1/3 cup stuffing in center of each piece of turkey; roll up lengthwise, tucking edges inside.
  2. Secure each roll with a wooden pick.
  3. Dredge turkey in flour; dip in 1/4 cup butter.
  4. Place in a lightly greased 9-inch square baking dish; sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Cover and bake at 325u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes or until done.
  7. Garnish with lemon and lime slices.
