Roast Brisket Of Beef

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Brown brisket in fat well on both sides.
  3. Slice onions in bottom of roasting pan.
  4. Put brisket and water on top.
  5. Place carrots around the meat.
  6. Sprinkle the meat with garlic, salt, Season-All and flour.
  7. Cover and roast for 3 1/2 hours.
  8. One hour before removing from oven, place the whole potatoes around the meat in the pan.
  9. When done, remove from pan to platter; place the carrots and potatoes around the slices of meat.
  10. Spiced peaches make an excellent extra garnish.
