Country Chicken 'N Biscuits

  1. In greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish, combine first four ingredients and 1 cup cheese.
  2. Blend soup and 3/4 cup milk.
  3. Pour over casserole.
  4. Bake, covered, at 400u0b0 for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix, milk and 1/2 can French fried onions.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls to form 6 biscuits around edge of casserole.
  7. Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake 2 to 3 minutes longer until onions are golden brown.
  9. Makes 6 servings.
