Marshmallow Fluff Sponge Cake

  1. Beat egg yolks and sugar till fluffy and pale in color.
  2. Then mix in the oil and milk.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder and salt, in a measuring cup.
  4. Fold marshmallow fluff into the egg yolk mixture.
  5. Sift in the flour and fold it in, a few lumps are okay.
  6. Then pour the mixture into a 8 by 8" pan.
  7. Sprinkle on the marshmallows and tap the pan to get our the air bubbles.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Then let it cool upside down so that the moisture stays inches.
  10. Dust in powdered sugar if desired.
  11. DIG IN!
