Tuna Macaroni Casserole
- 1 c. real mayonnaise
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper or pimiento
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 2 c. shell or elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. corn oil margarine
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- In large bowl stir together real mayonnaise, cheese, milk, onion, red pepper and pepper.
- Add tuna, peas and macaroni; toss to coat well.
- Spoon into 2-quart casserole.
- In small saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat.
- Stir in bread crumbs.
- Sprinkle over tuna mixture.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
- Makes 6 servings.
