Spinach Ricotta Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Place spinach and onion in small saucepan with small amount of water.
  3. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until tender; drain well.
  4. Beat cheeses and seasonings in small mixing bowl at medium speed until well blended.
  5. Stir in spinach mixture and spread into 9-inch pie plate.
  6. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  7. Top with tomato and Parmesan cheese. Serve with crisp rye crackers or bagel chips.
  8. Makes 12 servings.
