Marbled Peanut Butter Fudge
- 6 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 (13 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Mix sugar, butter and milk in heavy 4-quart saucepan; bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
- Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
- Remove from heat; stir in Marshmallow Creme and vanilla until well blended.
- Divide mixture into equal portions. Stir chocolate chips into 1 portion until melted and blended. Stir peanut butter into second portion until blended.
- Pour peanut butter mixture into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Top with chocolate mixture.
- Cut through fudge with knife several times for marble effect.
- Cool at room temperature.
- Cut into squares. Makes 5 1/2 pounds.
