Scampi-Style Shrimp

  1. In a wide frying pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in onion, oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Cook until boiling. Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel and add to mixture in frying pan.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turns pink (about 5 minutes).
  5. Blend in parsley, lemon peel and Tabasco.
  6. Turn into serving dish.
  7. Garnish with lemon wedges.
  8. Serves 4 to 6.
