Blonde Brickle Brownies
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. melted margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 pkg. Bits O' Brickle
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Grease 8-inch square pan.
- Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
- Set aside.
- Beat eggs well.
- Add both sugars and beat until creamy.
- Add melted butter and both extracts. Gently add flour mixture until all is moist.
- Fold in 2/3 cup of Brickle Bits and nuts.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining Brickle Bits over top immediately.
- Cool.
- Cut into desired serving size.
