Italian Casserole

  1. In a 12-inch skillet, cook ground meat and onion until onion is tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add next 7 ingredients; cook 2 minutes to blend flavors.
  3. In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, evenly spoon 1/3 meat mixture.
  4. Arrange potatoes on top.
  5. Repeat with meat mixture.
  6. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake in 375u0b0 oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Remove foil; sprinkle mixture evenly with Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes for easier cutting.
  10. Serves 8.
