The Best Friend A Steak Ever Had

  1. Drain mushrooms.
  2. Halve buttons if large.
  3. Melt butter in small skillet.
  4. Saute buttons 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add slices and continue to saute until all are browned.
  6. Reduce heat.
  7. Add dry seasonings to taste.
  8. Stir and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Add soy and Worcestershire.
  10. Increase heat slightly.
  11. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Add sherry.
  12. Reduce heat to simmer.
  13. Cover.
  14. Cook 3 to 5 minutes until sherry cooks down.
  15. Keep warm until steaks are done.
